Android port to iPhone 3G completed without audio support

Last time, we shared with you folks the good news of multi-tasking enabled for Android running on iPhone 3G. Well we have got more good news on the Android port to iPhone. If you want to run Android on the iPhone 3G, then you can do that as the iPhone hacker planetbeing has completed his Android port to iPhone 3G.
With this port, you can do web browsing, make calls, Send SMS and pretty much do everything that doesn’t involve sound. That’s right folks audio support is yet to be enabled but the progress report on that front is good and you can expect the sound support to arrive in a few days time. This port bring bug fixes, a reliable WiFi and so on. Next on the agenda is to optimize battery life and do backlight management.
The desired binaries and instructions for loading Android on iPhone 3G will be posted in a couple of days time. So are you be interested in doing this adventurous port?
