Own a Magic Mouse?. Waiting for a Magic Mouse software update from Apple. Well your waiting days are over. Apple has made available for its users the much awaited Magic Mouse software updates. Apple has released two software updates for Magic Mouse, one for Leopard and one for Snow Leopard users. These software updates will enable users to take advantage of the advanced level functionality that Apple’s multi-touch Magic Mouse provides. (Download links provided below)

Apple currently ships Magic Mouse with the new iMacs. So it is safe to assume that iMac already comes preinstalled with the Magic Mouse software update.
Interestingly Apple has not yet rolled out standalone editions of Magic Mouse via its Online stores or retail stores. Apple previously indicated its plans to ship Magic Mouse by the end of October. A quick look at the U.S based online stores shows that Apple will be shipping Magic Mouse in 5 – 7 days, business days that is.
