Jailbroken Apple TV 2G plays host to its first ever app (Updated)

It was just Yesterday when we shared with you the news of Chronic Dev Team jailbreaking the 2nd gen Apple TV using Greenpois0n and we are already seeing its positive impact. nitoTV’s weather app has secured the distinction of becoming the first app to land on Apple’s recently introduced Apple TV.
The app is of the very basic nature but it presents the following two exciting possibilities:
- Apps can be ported to Apple TV.
- Give developers/hackers the motivation (as if they really need it) to bring their apps to the web TV.
