Apple has finally made the announcement which many iPhone developers have been waiting for – World Wide Developer Conference launch date. The extremely high profile event will kick off on 7th June in San Francisco and will continue till 11th June. Moscone West is the venue that awaits your arrival.

Center of the App universe is the slogan for the event which include five sessions namely Application Frameworks, Core OS, Developer Tools, Graphics and Media and finally Internet & Web.

Tickets to the conference will cost you US$1,599. You must agree to the Registered Apple Developer Terms and Conditions in order to purchase the ticket. The event will be mainly about iPhone 4.0, a thought shared by Scott Forstall, Apple’s senior vice president of iPhone Software as well:
