If you follow Geekword regularly, you would have remembered us asking this very question – how much RAM will iPad 2 have? Well, thanks to AppleInsider, we now have the answer and its not what you want to hear as the second gen Tablet is believed to have just 512 MB of RAM and not the 1 GB RAM many of us thought.
It’s a good thing that I have developed this habit of revisiting Geekword’s recent blog posts. Just now I was revisiting the iOS 4.3 release date post when all of a sudden I realized that the official iOS 4.3 page contained no mention of Verizon iPhone. This astonishing spotting is what led to this post.
I am a regular VoIP phone service user, and today I will be comparing two different internet phone services, Axvoice and Magic Jack. I, being a VoIP user myself will discuss those features that are meaningful to the customers and provide them value for their money. Let us have a look at each of these VoIP services and weigh each one of them against those important “value for money” features.
When Apple announced the original iPad back in 2010, we got to see a creative and humorous parody video for the magical Apple Tablet. With Apple just announcing the second generation iPad, we were expecting the humor industry to come up with some funny stuff and we haven’t been disappointed. A parody version of the iPad 2 introductory video follows after the break.
Twitter has rolled out an update for its official micro-blogging app for iPhone and iPad. The update which takes the version number to 3.3 is a major one as you will see from the features list that awaits you after the break.

Apparently, Apple forgot to mention one little thing in its iPad 2 launch event. You may have thought on the same lines when the iTunes 10.2 update screen popped on your machine. Well it’s never too late for this right? Apple has rolled out iTunes 10.2 which brings the iOS 4.3 and iPad 2 support.
The title of the post doesn’t paint a pretty picture does it? But the truth of the matter is that Apple has dropped iOS 4.3 support for iPhone 3G, a move which won’t be exactly welcomed by the proud owners of the aging iPhone model.
The iPad 2 launch event was simply amazing. I mean I have never seen my Twitter client TweetDeck go crazy as it did today and all of it was due to Steve Jobs announcing the iPad successor. I was just revisiting the iPad 2 announcement post to make sure that I didn’t miss anything. While I didn’t miss out on anything, I realized one thing – the Apple CEO, who made a surprise appearance didn’t shed light on some of the more important aspects of the Tablet.
We had a feeling that Apple may touch the iOS 4.3 topic and we have been proven right, even though our release date speculation went wrong. But what you need to know is this: iOS 4.3 will go live on 11th March.
