Formally Usability is often used interchangeably with a number of terminologies as stated in the following statements that have been taken from the User Experience White Paper (2011):
“The term user experience is often used as a synonym for usability, user interface, interaction experience, interaction design, customer experience, web site appeal, emotion, ‘wow effect’, general experience, or as an umbrella term incorporating all or many of these concepts.” (User Experience White Paper, 2011)

Critics surround the latest touch screen friendly Operating System Windows 8 and consider it and less user friendly but the customers have a different say to the issue! Recent sales of the Operating System show that the sales of the Windows 8 OS have grown incredibly in the past quarter and specially in the last month. Two months back only five percent of the computer software and hardware shares were dominated by Windows 8 OS however in the last month this percentage increased to twenty percent.

Team Skype recently published an infographic on their official blog that shows some big figures related to Skype’s extra ordinary services. These large numbers (stats) included in the infographic are taken from the average daily data gathered during the month of July. “The figure that is most impressive is 700 million minutes of free Skype-to-Skype calls each day. To put it in perspective, 700 million is the equivalent of going around the earth 28,000 times in one day, if each minute represents a mile.
