Now you people can hack Windows 7 as well. Some of the hackers have bypassed the activation key of Windows 7. It really was a matter of time before the key antipiracy protections built into Windows 7 were hacked, and notifications that require users to activate their copy of Windows 7 within 30 days can now be turned off easily.
The hack, means you can get Windows 7 without the need for a product activation key. And this doesn’t really mean that Windows 7 will be confirmed as legal, but it does enable you to keep using the product for unlimited time.
Microsoft also confirmed that they know about the technique and are working on a workaround to prevent future iterations of their activation procedure from being exploited.
Microsoft spokesperson told:
We’re aware of this workaround and are already working to address it.
Microsoft advised customers to avoid using illegal copies of Windows and to check their software is genuine, warning rogue software often contained malware.
Hackers have also devised tools that turn off any pop-ups or reminders that say the system has not been registered or the trial period has expired.
Now what? Is this another challenge for Microsoft to prevent these kind of hacks? Or hackers are much much efficient to hack the newly released operating system?

Sources told TechCrunch that Google‘s Chrome OS has an early version launching next week. Early screenshots proved to be fake, and later screenshots depicted the browser component of the OS. Sources inside Google have said there’s more to Chrome OS than that.
One thing we know is that the browser in Chrome OS will be able to mount drives and function as a system navigation tool. How will hardware support be in these early builds? Although Google and device manufacturers are on the case writing drivers for your favorite peripherals, don’t count on all your devices working with Chrome OS right away.
The new OS will initially target netbooks with a particular aim to give Windows XP users something besides a crippled, expensive Windows 7 to upgrade. Now the question is that which computers will be able to run Chrome OS, it is guessed that Acer, Adobe, ASUS, Freescale, Hewlett-Packard, Lenovo, Qualcomm, Texas Instruments, and Toshiba will be able to run Google’s Chrome OS. But does it mean hardware or software from other companies won’t be compatible?
