Froyo lands on iPhone 3G, gets unlocked

The news which we are going to share with you folks is a rare happening and something you don’t get to hear/read very often. Froyo has made its way to the iPhone 3G. Wait the news doesn’t end here – the Android firmware aka Android 2.2 has been unlocked using ultrasn0w.
iPhoDroid, the tool that lets you install Android on iPhone the easy way was used to reach this amazing feat. ultrasn0w was ported to the new OpeniBoot to make the unlock possible.
