Samsung Galaxy S II going live in UK on 1st May
It seems that today will be the day where UK based mobile product lovers will get the announcements they have been waiting for. First it was HTC Flyer and now it’s about Samsung’s Gingerbread flagship device, Galaxy S II. According to a Samsung Press Release shared by Engadget, old Sammy’s Galaxy S II will be up for grabs in UK starting from 1st May.
Here are the important points that we have extracted from the Press release:
- Galaxy S II will hit all major carrier and retailers across the UK.
- Galaxy S II will have a 1.2 Ghz and not the previously announced 1 Ghz dual core processor.
- A new ‘Live Panel’ feature that allows aggregation of live web, social networking and application contents to a single customisable home-screen.
