When the Chronic Dev Team unleashed Greenpois0n RC4, they set their sight on jailbreaking the second generation Apple TV. Based on the image shared by p0sixninja, it is safe to say that the team have done what they set out to do and have managed to jailbreak the 2nd generation Apple TV.

Even though the web TV unit has been jailbroken, Cydia, the jailbreak app store is yet to be ported to the gigantic iOS enabled Apple TV:

Based on p0sixninja’s previous tweet, we know that Greenpois0n RC5 will be bringing Apple TV jailbreak support. Greenpois0n RC4 is the latest version which can jailbreak iPod Touch 2G.
