Honeycomb Preview SDK brings wallpapers for smartphones
Thursday saw Google unleash Honeycomb preview files and SDK which also brought the very strong probability of some pleasant and surprising news particularly for smartphone lovers. Android Central’s Phil Nickinson came across a set of wallpapers from the SDK and has made it available for everyone’s use.
What’s exciting about these wallpapers is that some of these work with smartphones and you know what that means. Yup, Google is cooking Honeycomb for handsets as well which is what you wanted right?
The topic of Android 3.0 for smartphones has been confusing to say the least and Google is the one and only one to blame. Matias Duarte, who is in charge of the Google’s user experience for Android team confirmed that Honeycomb will work with the Android enabled handsets. Later, Dave Burke, Director of Engineering of Android at Google revealed that Honeycomb is a tablet specific operating system. Download the wallpapers from the link provided at the end of the post and share with us your favorite wallpaper.
