HTC Flyer goes live in UK

UK based fans of HTC will be pleased to know that the Tablet they have been waiting for is finally available for purchase. HTC Flyer, which happens to be the first Tablet from the Taiwanese, is now available for pre-order at the very popular Carphone Warehouse.
The UK based retailers will require you to pay £600 for the 7 inch slate. What needs to be remembered here is that this price tag is for the WiFi+3G model. More importantly, this is a SIM-free or contract free purchase which means you can use your existing SIM card or purchase a new contract from your favorite carrier.
HTC Flyer Specs
In case you forgot the specs of this beautiful looking tablet, here is a quick run down of the specs:
- 1.5 Ghz single core processor.
- Tablet Friendly HTC Sense.
- 5 MP camera on the back.
- 1.3 MP camera on the front (Skype pre-installed).
- 1 GB RAM.
- Flash storage: 32 GB.
- Runs on Gingerbread aka Android 2.4
- Capacitive Stylus.
