HTC Mazaa leaked, may be the first ever Windows 7 world phone
The first quarter of 2011 brought for us the first Windows Phone 7 powered CDMA phone courtesy Sprint. and it seems that the smartphone enthusiasts will see the first world Windows Phone 7 in the same year as well. XDA has revealed that the first world Windows Phone 7 will be called HTC Mazaa, which by the way reminds me of HTC ChaCha.
According to an anonymous informant, HTC Mazaa will have a single LED Flash, (as evident from the above snapshot), 3.7 inch screen, will run on Windows Phone 7 and may have a DDR2 RAM. Sprint will be playing host to HTC Mazaa in the next six months. An IMEI number was spotted on the device itself, which means GSM capabilities which in turn points to the upcoming smartphone being a world phone since Sprint is a CDMA network.
While we don’t have a lot of information on the specs side at the moment, we expect to see more HTC Mazaa leakages and rumors in the coming days and weeks. What’s your take on this handset? Share your thoughts with us on our Twitter and Facebook feed.
