iOS 4.2.1 baseband 03.10.01/02.10.04 unlock coming in less than a month’s time

Sherif Hashim, the ultimate iPhone baseband hacker, recently posted a tweet which contained nothing but good news for the iPhone 4 users waiting for the iOS 4.1/4.2.1 baseband unlock. According to Sherif Hashim, ultrasn0w unlock for iPhone 4 baseband will be arriving in less than 30 days.
The tweet which is serving as the source of this pleasant news wasn’t the most obvious one as it was posted by a tweep in Arabic, saying he was going away for military service on January 16 and asking if the unlock would be ready by then. Hashim’s response, in English: “sure.”
So there we have it folks, ultrasn0w update is coming in less than a month’s time and will bring unlock for the following basebands:
I just have one question in my mind: Will the unlock go live before Christmas as suggested by MuscleNerd? We believe that the iPhone Dev Team are working very hard to unleash it as a Christmas gift for the iPhone 4 users. Whatever happens, we will be keeping you posted.
