Apple announces iPad 2

Steve Jobs who surprised a few by attending the iPad 2 event has done what everyone expected – officially unveiled the iPad 2. Specs and other interesting details for the second gen Apple Tablet await you after the jump.
iPad 2 Specifications
- Dual Core processor (A5) – 2 times faster CPU and 9 times faster graphics.
- Front facing camera
- Rear facing camera
- Weight: 1.3 pound
- Thickness 8.8 mm
The iPad 2 will be available for purchase in US starting from 11th March with AT&T & Verizon performing the carrier duties. And Yes, iPad 2 will be available in both Black and White colors. The price remains the same as before.
