Well we have a conflicting rumor to share with you this time. According to a tip received by Techcrunch, the Cupertinos won’t be announcing the iPhone 4 successor come Monday when the WWDC 11 kicks off in San Francisco.

The speculation of iPhone 4S launch on 6th June was created by Electricpig the basis of which was Apple inviting UK journalists. Techcrunch’s unnamed source is of the opinion that Apple’s push to invite journalists to attend WWDC has to do with software announcements of iOS 5 and Mac OS X Lion being huge and not the ones to miss out on.
