Apple to release iPhone 5 today in it’s Let’s Talk iPhone event
Apple today in it’s Let’s Talk iPhone event that is just few hours away is going to unveil some great surprises for it’s customers and fans. The event is scheduled to begin at 10:00 AM October 4th, 2011 – Pacific Time at Apple Town Hall Auditorium on Cupertino campus, it is expected by many Apple consumers and fans that the company in it’s today’s event is going to release the most anticipated iPhone 5. According to few reports and rumors, Apple’s new CEO Tim Cook today in let’s talk iPhone invite-only-event is officially going to launch a new Apple handset, which means we are surely going to see a new iPhone in Tim Cook’s hands, but as the matter of fact right now no one really knows whether it will be an iPhone 5, an iPhone 4S or both, Let’s see.
Many reports suggest that Apple’s next gen iPhone which will be showcased in today’s event is going to feature a dual-core A5 processor, 1 GB of RAM, and a 8 megapixel camera, while on other hand Apple in the same event is also expected to introduce a technology called “Assistant” that will forever change the way we interact with our iPhones.
The iPhone’s specs discussed above is still unable to give us a clearer picture that whether Apple is going to release an iPhone 4S or an iPhone 5 today, but the announcement of Assistant technology is indicating us to believe in the imminent release of iPhone 5, How? Well, BGR in one of if it’s reports states that iPhone 5 which will be Sprint exclusive is going to have a dedicated ‘Assistant’ button, that somehow will be integrated with the new home button.
Yes, iPhone 5 will be Sprint exclusive according to BGR:
Sprint will be getting the iPhone 5 — yes the real iPhone 5, not the iPhone 4S — as an exclusive. And it will be a 4G WiMAX device. AT&T and Verizon would launch the iPhone 4S and get the iPhone 5 some time in the first quarter of next year as an LTE device. Globally, the iPhone 5 might be available as a 4G HSPA+ device, BGR reports.
