Apple comedy of errors: iPod Touch 4 does emergency calls

Something is seriously wrong in Apple’s design department. Thanks to a useful spotting by a 9 to 5 Mac loyal reader, it seems that the next iPod Touch will do emergency Facetime calls. What has led to this discovery? A promotional image on Apple’s official website has led to this surprise filled news. Wait, there is one more thing which you can see after the jump.
Here is where I have problem, how in the world can iPod Touch 4G do emergency FaceTime calls when the video chat feature is depended on WiFi enabled area. The next fallacy is an interesting one, with Adobe Photoshop blunder written all over it. What the hell is the phone icon doing inside an iPod Touch UI?
