Only a couple of days we reported that George Hotz became the first hacker to release a jailbreak app for the iPhone 3GS on Windows, now what I just saw that there’s a Mac-compatible version
out too. The amazing hacker has recently released his purplera1n iPhone 3Gs jailbreak. This time, Hotz got some help from two fellow
coders
to be able to please the Mac folks, but he also made some improvements to the Windows verson.
According to George Hotz; he is not a mac coder, so AriX and westbaer helped him out. Download link is on purplera1n.com, George thanked AriX and westbaer.

Also, some more payload stability improvements were made, and the windows version was updated to RC2a. There is no reason to run RC2a if you already have RC2 installed.
George and his team is working on a new interface for it. The original interface looked like the picture below.
