Is Kin’s copy and paste feature coming to Windows Phone 7?

Just now we informed you about Microsoft’s announcement of Project Pink phones which includes Kin One and Kin Two rumored as Turtle and Pure. While the social networking phones don’t have much to speak from a powerful mobile phone perspective, the Kin has one thing that will definitely be of interest to Windows Phone 7 fans – the new and innovative copy and paste feature.
This feature was discovered by WMPU in a video shared by Microsoft on their facebook page. And as they call it , its more like the drag and drop functionality which is pretty innovative and seems easy to use. The Copy and Paste feature demoed in the video allows you to drag the content/element from one screen to another screen/application.
I don’t know about you guys but I for one am all for this feature to be made part of the Windows Phone 7. Share your thoughts on this matter.

This is very similar to what the Newton MessagePad from Apple offered for copy and paste (all the way through to the last version in about 2001). In the case of the MP, you could drag the item to any location on the side of the screen as a first step.
