LinkedIn reaches the 45 million users mark

Social Network is totally rocking this world. One day it is facebook reaching a new milestone the other day it is Twitter. Well LinkedIn is in no way far behind in this milestone race. Infact you will be thrilled to know that LinkedIn has reached a remarkable milestone. LinkedIn now has 45 million members worldwide. LinkedIn is a fast-growing professional networking site that allows members to create business contacts, search for jobs, and find potential clients.

According to stats provided by comScore, LinkedIn had 16 million worldwide monthly unique visitors amd 331 million page viewsfor the month of June 2009. This was huge improvement especially when you consider the fact that in June 2008 it had 7.7 million unique visitors and 114 million page views.

So what is next for LinkedIn. When will we hear the news about Linked in crossing the 50 million members milestone.
