Nokia prepping an Android phone?
Now that’s what I call breaking news. The moment I came across this development, a previous rumor of Nokia manufacturing Android phones hit my mind. If the image shown below shared by Engadget, is a real deal, it means that Eldar Murtazin was bang on target and the Finlanders are building Android phones.
The smartphone featured in the above picture looks like the recently launched Nokia N9. The general consensus in the blogosphere is that this handset is a real Nokia prototype running Android 2.3 aka Gingerbread and isn’t a port or hack as some of you like to call it.
The source of this image is a person who couple of days back leaked Nokia Sea Ray , the Finnish handset maker’s first Windows Phone which then got the official color thanks to Nokia’s Stephen Elop.

Note the extra button on the right side. That is not a N9.
