Nokia recently announced, Maemo 5 based Nokia N900 which has proved to be very much appealing and certainly has captured interests of many people.
With features like complete Internet capability, the speed guaranteed by the ARM 600 MHz processor and a whole bunch of connectivity options to choose from (Wi-Fi, quad-band GSM, HSPDA and UMTS), it is something to consider.

The N900 is without any doubts more than just your average smartphone, but can’t be called a tabled pc either. The phone consist of a 3.5 inch screen and will be capable of a 480*800 pixel resolution while the 5 megapixel camera will come with a LED flash so you can take pictures when you don’t have enough ambient light. The internal storage space is 32GB, but if you desire more, you can expand that by using the MicroSD card slot.

N900 is just the b-o-m-b of technology!
The phone will be out within 2-3 weeks, here in Switzerland.
And I suppose it will be the same for most countries, maybe earlier or a bit later, but surely not longer than end of October or the first week in November.

It seems that Nokia N900 will be rolled out roughly on the same date throughout the world. But one would be 100 percent sure once it is rolled out
