Rumor: Apple to launch 5.6 and 7 inch OLED based iPad in 2010 Q4

According to Digitimes, Apple is reportedly planning to launch 5.6 and 7 inch iPad in the Q4 of the currently running year. The next generation of Apple Tablets are rumored to be OLED based, something which are not 
According to sources closer to the component makers:
Apple has recently placed new iPad orders to Taiwan-based component makers for the fourth quarter of 2010 and the first quarter of 2011 with 9.7-inch, 5.6-inch and 7-inch models all included.
And Yes, the 9.7 inch Tablet which has been sold more than 3M times will be getting an update as well may be in the form of a front facing camera, something which should have been there from the beginnign. Apple plans to use the 5.6 and 7 inch sized Tablets as their entry ticket into the e-book reader market something which Amazon and Kindle folks won’t like one bit.
The thing that’s great about this gadget is that is for both the young and old as it allows you to do browsing, read books play games and use apps lots of them.
