As reported by Karachi Metblogs, PTCL has removed the old, faulty and least efficient Distribution Point (DP) boxes and replaced it with the new, better and efficient DP boxes. This is huge news as it means we will no longer have to bear with the poor reception, distortion and noisy PTCL service.

This move was extremely necessary and might seem a little bit late considering the fact that PTCL provides three in one landline connection which provides its customers with Broadband Internet, Television channels and the telephone service.

It is quite easy to come out and criticize PTCL for this late move. But why don’t welcome this move and hope that PTCL will improve its customer service and provide its consumers with the services they deserve which would eventually help and benefit PTCL itself as well.
