redsn0w 0.9.6rc10 unleashed, brings untethered iOS 4.3.1 jailbreak and boot animations for your iDevice

The iPhone Dev Team has rolled out an update to its recently launched iOS 4.3.1 untethered jailbreak tool. redsn0w 0.9.6rc10 is the name of this latest release and it brings something cool for your jailbroken iDevice – boot animations.
Here is what you need to know about redsn0w 0.9.6rc10
- Removes unnecessary setting options. For example, Folks who don’t own an iPad won’t be asked to define the function of their orientation lock button.
- Enable boot animations. Animations can be installed using Cydia.
- Run it over your already jailbroken iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad.
- De-select the Install Cydia option to avoid package conflicts
Just like its previous version, redsn0w 0.9.6rc10 brings jailbreak for:
- iPad
- iPhone 4 (GSM)
- iPhone 3GS
- iPod Touch 4G
- iPod Touch 3G
Jailbreak guide remains the same as before and can be accessed here. If you use this on a jailbroken iOS 4.3.1 iDevice, make sure to de-select Cydia. Should you have any queries, feel free to post them on our Twitter and Facebook feed.
