Samsung wants to see iPad 3 and iPhone 5

This has to be one of the wildest news I am yet to report in my blogging career. This is my next reports that Samsung through a motion has asked the court to order Apple to show their lawyers the yet to be announced iPad 3 and the iPhone 5.
Why would Samsung lawyers ask for such a thing? Well the official reason behind this move is that the Samsung lawyers want to see if there are any similarities between the Apple products and Samsung products, and if there are they want to prepare for future lawsuit filings from the Cupertinos.
It’s interesting to note that this request comes after Apple’s lawyers earlier got the court’s approval to see Samsung’s line up of mobile phones and tablets which included Galaxy S II, Galaxy Tab 10.1, Galaxy Tab 8.9 and others.
I don’t know for sure but I think this motion is uncalled for because whenever Apple files a lawsuit, Sammy’s legal defenders will be given ample time to prepare and respond.
