In today’s latest era of technology, when every tech-company is playing its part in producing new software and hardware, Samsung Electronics has just announced its new application, which lets users share content between their Samsung Smart Televisions and mobile devices.

Samsung smart view app

Now by getting connected to Wi-fi network users can go anywhere around their home and watch content that is displayed on the main Samsung Smart TV on their mobile device, or can also watch something different that is being played on the Blu Ray player, through this Smart view app. Right now the app only works with the Samsung Galaxy S II smartphone, and is in progress to support other Samsung devices like Galaxy Player, Galaxy S or Galaxy Tab later this year.

Guy Kinnell, the marketing director for Samsung Televisions UK, said: “As the UK’s leading TV brand, we deliver the best in technology and innovation, and Smart View is one such development which will see us continue to lead the TV market.”

If you want to use the Smart view app, then you can download it from the Android Market – the app can be used with the latest Samsung Smart TV’s like D7000, D8000 and D9500 series.

How to setup Smart view app with your Samsung Television:

1 – Check if Wireless Remote Control or Network Remote Control is enabled in your TV’s System or Setup menu. If you don’t see either of them in the menu, Samsung Smart View App can’t be used in your mobile device.
2 – Connect wireless/wired router to TV LAN port, or connect Samsung Wireless LAN adapter to TV USB port.
3 – Connect your phone to wireless/wired router.

That’s it, once you are connected following the above steps – then you can enjoy watching Movies, TV shows or any other content easily on your mobile device.
