Motorola has unveiled the Android 2.1 update plan for its various handsets which of course includes Motorola Droid. The roadmap shown below details Motorola Milestone, Droid, and CLIQ getting the latest Android update. Droid off course will be getting it pretty soon. CLIQ will be getting the most recent Android in Q2 of 2010.
As much as I hate to be the source of bad news, I think you should hear this – Android 2.1 update won’t be making its way to Motorola Droid this week. This sad news was posted on Motorola Forums by Matt, the manager of the forum.
