iPad may not do tethering, reveals iOS 4.2 Beta 3

When iOS 4.2 Beta 2 was rolled out, it brought with it the good news of iPad users getting the useful internet tethering support. This may no longer be the case based on 9 to 5 Mac’s findings. According to the blog, the recently rolled out iOS 4.2 Beta 3 has removed the Internet Tethering section from the APN settings page. Now that’s not the the kind of news you will want to hear particularly if you own an iPad.

Rumor: Next gen iPad to have 128 GB of storage

iPad to some folks is an enlarged version of the iPod Touch. Since that’s pretty much correct it’s only natural that the high selling Apple Tablet has more storage space than Apple’s palm sized portable multimedia player. According to the latest rumor, this might very well be the case. The 2nd generation of iPad which some refer to as the 7 inch iPad will have 128 GB of storage on board which you said it is quite huge.

Apparently there are two kinds of gadget users, one who want to make the best use of their devices, while others just want to come up with new and destructive ways to destroy their gadgets. Report: iPad will kick netbooks out of the picture
