Besides Steve Ballmer, who will kick off things as he did last time, Verizon CEO Ivan Seidenberg is scheduled to deliver a keynote speech as well. Once I saw this, I just wondered if CES 2011 will serve as the launching pad for the long rumored Verizon iPhone. My assumption was given a strong boost based on some lines of text mentioned at the site, which is detailed after the break.

When it rains iPad 2 rumors it pours. Yesterday we got to know from an analyst that the next gen iPad will support dual networks in GSM and CDMA. We now have another analyst in Brian Marshall of Gleacher & Co. who is telling his side of the iPad 2 story. According to the analyst iPad 2 is expected to see daylight in April.
