What will the smartphone world do without leakages? I will love to hear your replies in the comment section. Coming back to the business end, the alleged final build (I9000XXJVK) of Gingerbread for Galaxy S has leaked out and is available for download at the one and only XDA.
My Daily Gadget have spotted a message on Samsung Romania’s Facebook page which will please the proud owners of Galaxy S, the phone which holds the world record of being the most sold Android phone. According to the translated message, Galaxy S will be receiving Gingerbread love in the end of March.
So you thought XDA guys were all about rooting phones and Tablets, and porting firmwares? Well, it’s time to update this knowledge of yours. XDA has leaked out the whereabouts of the official Gingerbread ROM for Galaxy S.
With Nexus One users finally getting their share of Gingerbread, owners of other Android phones which were launched in 2010 may be wondering when will their receive get the Gingerbread treat. If you own a Samsung Galaxy S then hear this one out. Samsung Germany has announced that the world’s most sold Android handset will be receiving Gingerbread love in the month of March.

Samsung has had great success with Galaxy S and it looks like they are going to build on the profitable Galaxy. A Samsung branded handset with code S5830 has leaked out in the wilds and from the look of things seems like the mini version of Samsung Galaxy S.
Is this a surprise or was this on the script? I will go with the latter option. Samsung has made one heck of a pleasant announcement – it has managed to reach its goal of selling 10 millions Galaxy S phones for the calendar year 2010. By doing so, it now holds the world record of selling most Android phones.

The makers of the very bright Super AMOLED display screen have plans of unveiling an Android powered portable media player at the upcoming CES 2011. They will be calling their PMP Galaxy Player which isn’t surprising at all.
