It seems that today will be the day where UK based mobile product lovers will get the announcements they have been waiting for. First it was HTC Flyer and now it’s about Samsung’s Gingerbread flagship device, Galaxy S II. The question of when will HTC Desire get Gingerbread has been on the top of our minds ever since Gingerbread went live in December 2010. ThreeUK has posted a tweet on their official twitter account which reveals that the carrier will roll out Android 2.3/2.4 update for Gingerbread in late April or early May.
