One thing we know about the geeky developers at XDA is that they have this desire to do the impossible. Continuing this tradition, an Android hacker who goes by the name apreichner has managed to bring HTC Sense to a foreigner in Nexus S.
Boy it’s raining HTC Evo 4G port news. Hot on the heels of sharing with you the sensational news of Honeycomb landing on the gigantic HTC Evo 4G, we now have another sensational port story to share with you guys – HTC Incredible S ROM has been ported over to HTC Evo 4G.
HTC has secured for itself a new trademark called HTC Sensation which will have the thinking mind busy and produce all sort of explanation as to what that means. One of the things that many if not all Windows Phone 7 potential users will be wondering is how deeply will HTC integrate its customization utility, HTC Sense into Windows Phone 7 enabled devices. Folks at FierceWireless caught up with Peter Chou, the HTC CEO which you might say was the perfect man to answer the HTC Sense related questions.

We knew this was coming right? HTC has this habit of following up smartphone announcements with promo videos of the upcoming mobile phones. The recent announcement of HTC Desire HD is no different. HTC is not known only for its high quality, sexy looking and super powerful smartphones but also because of its highly interactive customization UI which we all know as HTC Sense. With so much love the interactive UIreceives from its huge fan base, it is only natural that HTC Sense gives something in return. HTC realizes this very well and has announced an update to the HTC Sense that besides bringing new features will also bring performance improvements to your HTC branded device. I have always thought of XDA folks as a genius bunch of fellows coming up with creative ROMs, extracting cool apps and of course performing the all important root work. But starting from today, I now know that these folks are imaginative as well based on a HTC HD3 Concept artwork done by a fellow named _LeCiel_.
Here comes great news for the CyanogenMod lovers – CyanogenMod6 for HTC Evo is nearing its release time and will bring with it Froyo love for the first 4G enabled Android phone. Cyanogen is the developer behind this ROM. Find out what’s missing and what’s not missing after the jump.
What could be greater than a Froyo ROM for HTC Desire? I presume the answer would be make it HTC Sense friendly. Guess what that’s what precisely the XDA folks have done. As a matter of fact, they have gone one step further as they have made HTC’s Android sensation do 720p video recording.
