Currently available only on iPhone and iPod the service offers the facility to record 6 seconds or less long looping videos. This can be compared with instagram as the app is not mainly a video app and acts for like a gif based application.

The hard working designers were so excited that they mistakenly showed the third iPod Touch 3G sporting a camera icon as evident from the image shown below.
