When Google’s CEO Eric Schmidt delivered his Keynote speech at the ongoing Mobile World Congress show in Barcelona, we had a feeling that Schmidt would touch the Nokia Android partnership topic, and as it turned out we were bang on target.
It’s raining HTC mobile products in Barcelona at the one and only Mobile World Congress show. And as expected, HTC has announceds its first ever Android Tablet and Yes it is the previously rumored HTC Flyer, which we previously termed as an enlarged version of HTC Desire.
We know that Windows Phone 7 Series has a bunch of new features which certainly includes the all new diverse home screen, hubs and more. But here is something that we don’t know. WP7s supports voice search too. Even though it is not fully functional, the good thing here is that Microsoft is thinking about it and has time to work on that which I am hoping they will do because it is a do-or-die situation for them from here on in. Windows Mobile 7 interface screen shots have leaked out. A big thanks goes to the person who removed the cover of the Windows Mobile 7 banner for the MWC and even a bigger compliment for the source capturing and leaking out the screenshots. Only a few hours remain before Steve Ballmer’s keynote for Mobile World Congress start, but we already know how the Windows Mobile 7 interface will look like.
Yesterday HTC Legend made an appearance cladded in Aluminum but didn’t bring specifications with it which by the way we already know. It decided to make an appearance worth remembering, so it did just that today and brings with it a cool set of specifications. Interestingly these specifications match with the ones leaked a while ago. Specifications listed after the jump.
Want to see Microsoft‘s rumored phone aka Zune Phone? Well your wish looks all set to be granted once the Mobile World Congress kicks off on 15th February in Barcelona. Spanish site MuyComputer is making this claim and not just any claim they are 100% sure about it. Since the Zune Phone will be Tegra powered , expect a team of Nvidia and Microsoft folks to officially debut the rumored phone.
Microsoft during the currently running CES 2010, kept mum about its upcoming Windows Mobile OS, Windows Mobile 7 and was least interested in talking about it. However the word has started spreading around which suggests the much needed Windows Mobile upgrade will be demoed in a certain way during the upcoming Mobile World Congress (MWC), which will be kicking off in mid-February at Barcelona.
