Nokia won’t be unleashing its first Windows Phone in 2011

When Nokia took center stage at the Mobile World Congress show in Barcelona, back in February, they hinted at unleashing their first Windows Phone 7 device in 2011. However, based on a recent statement given by Nokia India’s Managing Director and Vice President for Sales, Mobile Phones, D. Shivakumar to DNA, the Finlanders won’t be unleashing their Windows Phone debutant in 2011.
Windows Phone 7 powered HTC Ignite leaks out

HTC HD7 suffers from the death grip/antennagate issue

Not a good read if you are HTC, a HTC fan, or the proud owner of the Windows Phone 7 powered HTC HD7. But here’s the thing - according to a YouTube video shown below which seems to be a convincing one, HTC HD7 does lose signals when you hold your phone in a natural way or you subject your handset to the death grip as you like to call it.
Sony Ericsson developing two Windows Phone 7 handsets : Xperia X7 and X7 mini

One mobile phone manufacturer that has been missing from the newly launched Windows Phone 7 platform is Sony Ericsson not that I missed them or anything of that sort. Anyhow, based on the Sony Ericsson’s leaked slides it turns out that the makers of Xperia X10 are working on not one but two Windows Phone 7 handsets – Xperia X7 and Xperia X7 mini. Both the handsets are slated for a Q1 2011 launch.
Windows Phone 7 is 20% more user friendly than iOS and Android

Microsoft backed by a research, internal one that is has claimed that its latest iteration of mobile OS lets its user perform the most frequent tasks in less time, by requiring 20% fewer steps in comparison to the likes of Android and iOS. to perform common tasks.
