iPhone 5 launch delayed, won’t be unveiled in June (Updated)

Just now we raised a speculation that Apple will announce the new iPhone 5 on 6th June at the World Wide Developer Conference in San Francisco. Apparently our speculation will remain just a speculation as Jim Dalrymple’s reliable Apple insiders have revealed that the Cupertinos won’t announce the new iPhone 5 this summer.

Apple has announced that its widely anticipated World Wide Developer Conference (WWDC) will kick off on 6th June. The event is a 5 day affair and will take place at San Francisco’s Moscone West. Based on the Cupertinos iPhone announcement track record, 6th June could be the day on which we will see the new iPhone 5.
