Quick Share:
Its time to get into the update gear as your, mine and many other’s favorite Twitter desktop client has been updated. Yes I am talking about TweetDeck which got updated to v0.33. This latest update brings a cool set of features in form of YouTube, Flickr integration and a smarter and more efficient API management. Changelog listed after the jump.
Here are the highlights of TweetDeck v0.33:
-
Thanks to TweetDeck now using OAuth calls to the Twitter API, you now have access to a greatly increased API limit (currently 350 calls/hr).
-
You can now take control of your columns with the new Column Navigator.
-
See more media inside TweetDeck with the new previews for media from Youtube, Posterous, Flickr, Mobypicture & Twitgoo.
-
Edit your search columns without having to delete & recreate.
-
New help screen, giving access to forum search & one-click transmission of debug information to TweetDeck Support.
-
Lots of fixes and smaller improvements throughout the application.
I don’t know about you but I am extremely excited about the YouTube integration since it gives me the option to view videos right inside the client. Do let us know what are the features you are excited about.
