Ubuntu Mobile 9.04 ported to Nokia N900, runs smoothly
Quick Share:
The Nokia N900 never ceases to amaze us. It has managed to reach another landmark – Ubuntu Mobile 9.04 has been ported to the powerful N900 from Nokia and the port is a stable one. A video has been embedded at the end of the post for your viewing pleasure.
Ubuntu Mobile 9.0.4 with LXDE desktop was installed natively on the micro-sd card which is the reason behind its speedy and smooth performance. The OS is responsive to touch-screen input and as I said the speed is something to admire. So what will be the next port target for the Internet Tablet?
