ultrasn0w 0.93 now unlocks iPhone 3G running on iOS 4.0.1

Here comes the news which the iOS 4.0.1 unlock tool seeking folks were waiting for. Yes, there exists a tool to unlock the very recently rolled out iOS 4.0.1 and it is one that you have already heard of. Yes, I am talking about ultrasn0w 0.93. MuscleNerd has confirmed via his Twitter account that the unlock tool which went live with the launch of iOS 4 can jailbreak your iPhone 3G running on iOS 4.0.1.
As we informed you previously, ultrasn0w 0.93 has the unlock for all basebands that came out since the launch of iOS 3.0. The supported basebands are:
- 04.26.08
- 05.11.07
- 05.12.01
- 05.13.01.
