Facebook for iPhone updated to 3.1.3, allows you to watch videos

Well Well Well, what we have here. Another update for the Facebook for iPhone app. I won’t be wrong if I say that this update happens to the be the one that the whole user base of the social networking app were eagerly waiting for. Yup, that’s right folks, Facebook for iPhone now allows you to watch videos shared by your contacts. That’s not the only change that the v3.1.3 of Facebook app brings. Other changes listed after the jump.
Facebook for iPhone 3.1.3 features
- Watch Facebook videos.
- View and write on walls of events.
- Uploaded photos are now 720px wide.
This version contains fixes for the following bugs:
- Could not comment on photos accessed from Notifications.
- Could not upload photos smaller than a certain size.
- No more than 2 notifications were highlighted as unread.
- Status updates appeared out of order in News Feed.
- Broken photo album links in News Feed.
- Birthdays view had months in wrong order.
- Last section of friend list was incomplete if you had fewer than 8 friends.
- Notes with non-ASCII text were cut off at the end.
Looking at the bug fixes, don’t you just wonder about the level of testing that was conducted before rolling out this app.
