Wikileaks Defenders launch an attack on Amazon
Why is this not a surprise? A group of online activists who are die hard fans of Wikileaks have started a cyber attack on Amazon. If you have been following the Wikileaks related developments, you will know why this is happening and who is behind this. Yup, it’s the same group of online activists called Anonymous who took down Mastercard site for it being anti-Wikileaks.
The group whose self determined mission is to keep Internet open and free for everyone announced their move on Twitter. What’s more they even posted instructions of how to become a part of the mission. As I write this post, amazon.com was still accessible
Amazon has got its name called in the hit list as it stopped providing its hosting services to Wikileaks owing to government pressure which also got them the tag of a liar.
