Windows 7 RTM will be announced on 13th of July
According to the blog post at geeksmack. It is confirmed that the Windows 7 RTM build that will be chosen over the next few days will be officially announced on July 13th, 2009. At the same day WPC09 (Worldwide Partner Conference) will also take place.
A few minutes ago some other sources have confirmed to Neowin that Windows 7 is indeed set to RTM on July 13.
After a year of rigorous beta testing and continuous leaks every other week, Microsoft is finally ready to give Windows 7 the green light to hit the market. Microsoft is still in the process of testing and choosing from the RTM candidate builds as they need to ensure that all bugs present in the OS have been eliminated, just to ensure much of a better, smoother, and a bug-free release as possible.

RTM final build will be seen when Windows 7 hits GA later this year, but is released to manufacturers so they can work out any bugs the software may encounter with hardware devices.
TechNet, MSDN, and other partner connections will also get their hands on the RTM build shortly after the release.
