Windows Mobile 7 announcement expected on 15th February
Do you know what date is on Monday? 15 February, Yes the date on which Mobile World Congress event kicks off. Your next question will be what to expect from this highly anticipated event which kicks off in Barcelona. Anonymous sources of WSJ reports that Microsoft looks all but certain to announce Windows Mobile 7 on the MWC launch day.
Don’t you get the feeling that you have heard this news before on a number of occasions, that is if you follow us. Not a lot has been said in terms of the features that Windows Mobile 7 will bring. But the reports of Windows Mobile 7 sporting a Zune HD like UI have been re-confirmed by the reporting source. The source states
The operating system sports a revamped user interface that resembles the look of Microsoft’s Zune HD music player and is designed for devices with touch-sensing screens.
Your favorite CEO Steve Ballmer will be there to talk about it by himself which looks to be a fun affair.
