Tuesday was a big day for Microsoft and their followers around the globe as the Redmondians unveiled their next generation of Windows Phone, the 500 plus features carrying Windows Phone Mango. One of the features that captured my interest was the must have multi-tasking feature. WPCentral has shared a video of the said feature in action which can be seen after the jump.

Windows Phone Multitasking

The video has its geeky moments as well, such as the mention of the multi-process feature caching some app elements and the background service which is of particular interest to the developers. But here is what you need to  know. To use the multi-tasking option or to move between the running apps, just press and hold the Back button and the multi-tasking screen will pop-up. From there you can navigate to your desired app.

So are you satisfied with Microsoft’s implementation of the multitasking option? We will love to hear your thoughts on this. So sound off in the comments section or if you want you can get in touch with us on our Twitter and Facebook channels.
